RULES

1. You must be aged 18 and over.
2. You must reside in the UK.
3. Each artist/group must be unsigned (no record label deal).
4. You cannot have current music management.
5. You are not eligible to enter this competition if you have a had a top 40 hit in the past 10-years.
6. Finalists cannot spend more than the £10k they are given on their release.
7. All singles will be released on the same date.
